Not Just A Hand Out.. A Hand Up!

To end homelessness in the UK, we believe that no one should be homeless
To provide housing and support to the homeless, giving people a sense of hope and a home.
In order to succeed in our mission we will work closely with the homeless and discover what their needs are.
We will advocate for the voiceless by addressing what is missing from current law, whilst working on creating changes for a better future.
We will follow government changes to housing policies that affect the homeless, campaigning, influencing and advocating where necessary for lasting change.
To house the homeless on canal boats.
Providing them with counselling for their mental health, mentors to aid them with life skills and If needed, retraining workshops to help them get back into employment.
We want to provide a safe, caring and non judgemental environment where people can thrive.
We are passionate and committed to ending homelessness.
We will treat everyone we encounter with respect and dignity.
We are committed to equity, inclusion and access to accommodation and support.
We are fearless, creative and willing to adapt what we do by listening to those that we serve.
We are honest , open and transparent in our dealings with everyone we meet.
We will not stop until we have ended homelessness in the UK.

Our First Campaign Has Begun
The Hope Floats Project is taking its first step—and it starts with action.
As we build toward our very first floating accommodation, we’re meeting urgent need right now through our #PracticalNeeds Campaign, supporting people experiencing homelessness this winter with life-saving essentials and trusted support information.
Winter Is Here. Help Is Needed Now.
Cold nights put lives at risk. Your support today can genuinely save a life.
Two ways to help:
1. Donate Practical Items
Warm clothing, thermals, waterproofs, footwear, tents, sleeping bags, and food donations are urgently needed.
Email: info@thehopefloatsproject.org.uk
